Getting Started
After creating a limonow account, it is recommended to setup the following for the best experience:
- If you have email automation in your plan, save your email address in limonow (From Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other providers) to allow it to send emails on your behalf.
- Saving your Stripe Secret Key and Publishable Key inside Settings -> Leads -> Stripe Payment Integration.
- Setting up with GNet for dispatch software integration by first creating a GNet account, attaching it with your dispatch software, and then saving your GNet UID/Password in Settings -> Leads -> Limo Software Integration for Trips.
- Building a profile of your chatbot by adding its name, profile picture, allowed website URL, etc., in Settings -> Leads -> Chatbot Profile. Integrating your chatbot with your website by adding its iframe code to your webpages or template.
- Add staff member accounts by going to the Staff section.
After following these steps, limonow should fully set up with your business and function automatically to quote, book, as well as automate emails.
