Staff

The Staff Page allows you to manage your team members, their permissions, and their access to the system. Staff management is secured with email verification, and as a Superadmin, you can also assign roles, set statuses, or configure custom passwords for immediate access.


Key Sections

Header Area

  • Logo & Navigation – Quickly return to the main menu or switch between modules such as Dashboard, Leads, Analytics, and Email Automation.
  • User Profile – Located in the top-right corner, showing your account details (e.g., your name or initials).

Staff Overview

  • Add Staff – Invite a new team member.
  • Search Staff Members – Quickly find staff by name or email.
  • Email Security Status – Indicates if email verification is active.
  • Pending Verification – Number of staff awaiting confirmation.

Staff Members Table

Displays all team members with their details:

  • ID – Unique identifier for the staff member.
  • Name & Email – Staff identity and login email.
  • Role – Superadmin, Admin, or Staff.
  • Status – Whether the account is active or disabled.
  • Verification – Whether the staff member has confirmed their account.
  • Created – Date the staff member was added.
  • Last Login – Most recent login date.
  • Actions – Options to manage individual staff members.

Managing Staff Members

Edit Staff Member

When editing an existing staff member, you can update:

User Information

  • Full Name
  • Email (locked for existing users, cannot be changed)
  • Phone Number

Password Management

  • Set New Password – Enter and confirm a new password.
  • Password Requirements:
    • Minimum 8 characters
    • Uppercase and lowercase letters
    • At least one number
    • At least one special character

Role & Status

  • Role – Assign Superadmin, Admin, or Staff.
  • Status – Enable or disable account access.

Role Permissions

  • Superadmin – Full access including system-wide and user management.
  • Admin – Administrative privileges but limited compared to Superadmin.
  • Staff – Restricted to lead and customer management as assigned.

👉 Use Save to apply changes or Close to exit without saving.


Add Staff Member

When adding a new staff member, you can configure:

Password Options

  • Set Custom Password – Assign a password manually for immediate access.
  • Email Verification Required – Staff receive a verification email and must confirm their identity before accessing the system.

User Information

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

Role & Status

  • Role – Select Staff, Admin, or Superadmin.
  • Status – Enable or disable access.

Role Permissions

  • Staff – Standard access to leads and customer management.
  • Admin – Broader control over leads and reports.
  • Superadmin – Full system access.

👉 Use Save to add the staff member or Close to cancel.


Static Route (Preview Widget)

A placeholder widget is displayed at the bottom of the staff page for static or pre-defined information.


Pro Tip

Always use email verification for new staff members to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access.
