The Settings page is where you manage everything behind the scenes: your account details, lead integrations, email configuration, chatbot behavior, and subscription plan. Think of it as the control center for how your system connects with customers, staff, and third-party tools.
Account
The Account section covers your personal information and login security. You can update your profile (name, email, phone, and role) and manage authentication by resetting your password or reviewing security options. This is where you ensure your account stays current and secure.
Leads
The Leads settings area is focused on integrations that help convert and manage bookings more efficiently:

Limo Software Integration for Trips
Connect your limousine or chauffeur dispatch software. Whenever a lead is marked as both Won and Paid, the trip details automatically sync for dispatching. This is powered by GNet, which acts as the secure bridge to your chosen system. -
Stripe Payment Integration
Enable direct customer payments by linking your Stripe account. Both a Secret Key and Publishable Key are required to handle transactions from your chatbot and booking form. -
Chatbot Integration Code
A snippet is provided that you can embed on your website. This snippet loads the chatbot with your specific settings and branding. -
Chatbot Settings
Customize the chatbot’s appearance and behavior. You can set its name, greeting message, allowed websites, and visual style (colors, profile picture). Vehicle options and optional booking questions (such as luggage or child seats) can also be toggled to match your services.
Email
Email settings let you manage communication with leads:

Monitor how many emails have been sent daily and monthly according to your plan. Staying within limits ensures your automations continue running smoothly. -
Email Configuration
Integrate your email provider (such as Google Workspace) to send confirmations, reminders, and staff alerts from your own address. You’ll configure the SMTP server, port, email, and app password, then test the connection to verify everything works.
Billing
The Billing section is where you manage your subscription plan:

Modules
Toggle which product modules are active for your business, such as the Booking Chatbot, Leads Management, Email Automation, or Booking Form. -
Variable Limits
Adjust maximums for leads per month or the number of staff accounts. These settings help you scale as your business grows. -
Plan Summary
Shows your current and updated plan details so you can confirm changes before the next billing cycle.
