Email Automation
The Email Automation Page allows you to manage automated emails and reminders for leads. Automations help you stay consistent with communication by sending tailored emails when leads enter specific lists.
Key Sections
Header Area
- Logo & Navigation – Quickly return to the main menu or switch between modules such as Dashboard, Leads, Analytics, and Staff.
- User Profile – Located in the top-right corner, showing your account details (e.g., your name or initials).
Automations List
This section displays existing reminders and automations. Each reminder shows:
- Reminder Name
- Associated List (e.g., Won, Lost, Quoted, or a custom list)
- Timing – When the email is sent (e.g., immediately upon entering the list).
- Status – Active or inactive.
- Description – Notes or context for what the reminder does.
👉 Use Create Reminder to add a new automation.
Creating a Reminder
Basic Information
- Reminder Name – Choose a clear label (e.g., Welcome Email, Lost Lead Follow-up).
- List – Select which lead list triggers the reminder (Won, Lost, Quoted, Discounted, or custom).
- Description – Optional note describing the purpose of the reminder.
Timing Configuration
- When to Send – Select when the email should be sent (e.g., immediately upon entering the list).
Email Template
- Email Subject – Subject line of the outgoing email.
- HTML Template – Customize the email body using HTML.
Available template fields let you personalize emails using lead data. Insert values with curly braces { }, such as:
{full_name}{pickup_location}{drop_off_location}{pickup_time}{preferred_vehicle}{number_of_passengers}{selected_flow}
Settings
- Active – Toggle to enable or disable the reminder.
👉 Use Create Reminder to save or Close to cancel.
Editing a Reminder
When editing, you’ll see the same fields as creating a reminder, with existing values pre-filled:
- Reminder Name
- List
- Description
- Timing
- Email Subject & Template
👉 Use Update Reminder to save changes or Close to exit without saving.
Static Route (Preview Widget)
A placeholder widget is displayed at the bottom of the email automation page for static or pre-defined information.
Leverage personalization fields ({full_name}, {pickup_time}, etc.) to make automated emails feel more engaging and relevant to each lead.
