Leads

The Leads Page is where you manage all customer leads, track their status, and organize them into lists. From here, you can view performance by category, search/filter leads, and update lead details.


Key Sections

Header Area

  • Logo & Navigation – Quickly return to the main menu or switch between modules such as Dashboard, Analytics, Staff, and Email Automation.
  • User Profile – Located in the top-right corner, showing your account details (e.g., your name or initials).
  • Refresh & Connection Status – See if your workspace is connected and refresh data when needed.

Leads Summary

At the top of the page, you’ll see:

  • Total Leads – Overall count of leads in the system.
  • Lists – Number of lead lists currently available.

You can also search leads or apply filters to quickly find the right data.


Lead Categories

Leads are organized into categories for better tracking.

Fixed categories include:

  • Quoted – Leads that have been quoted to by the chatbot or form.
  • Lost – Leads marked as lost opportunities.
  • Won – Successfully converted leads (count + total value).
  • Moved to Limo Software – Leads transferred to another system.

Custom categories:

  • You can create additional lead categories as needed to fit your workflow.

Add New List

Create custom lead lists to organize prospects and customers better.


Static Route (Preview Widget)

A placeholder widget appears at the bottom of the leads page, displaying static or pre-defined information.


Lead Management

Editing a Lead

When editing a lead, you’ll be able to update the following details:

Basic Information

  • Full Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • List (e.g., Lost, Won, Quoted, or custom category)

Service Details

  • Service Type
  • Vehicle
  • Pickup Time
  • Passengers
  • Child Safety Seats – Click Add Seat to include special requirements.

Locations

  • Pickup Location
  • Stops (optional)
  • Drop-off Location

Financial

  • Quote ($) – Automatically generated based on lead details (cannot be directly edited).
  • Payment Collected

Additional Information

  • Message
  • Airline
  • Flight Number

You can choose from the following actions:

  • Cancel
  • Save and Requote
  • Save Changes

Lead Actions

For each lead, you can quickly perform actions such as:

  • View Details
  • Call Lead (via tel: link)
  • Email Lead (via mailto: link)
  • Delete Lead
  • Proceed to Pay – Process a payment directly on behalf of the lead using their stored payment details.
  • Email Payment Link – Automatically send the lead an invoice link to pay.
  • Copy Payment Link – Copy the invoice link to clipboard for manual sharing.
  • Apply Discount – Apply a percentage discount to the existing quote.

Pro Tip

Use fixed categories for consistency and create custom categories to adapt the system to your unique sales process. This ensures clear visibility into both standard and specialized lead workflows.
