The Analytics Page provides comprehensive insights into your business performance. Here you can monitor leads, revenue, conversion rates, and team performance through interactive charts and reports.
Key Sections
Header Area
- Logo & Navigation – Quickly return to the main menu or switch between modules such as Dashboard, Leads, Staff, and Email Automation.
- User Profile – Located in the top-right corner, showing your account details (e.g., your name or initials).
- Refresh – Update your analytics data in real-time.
- Export – Download reports for external analysis or sharing.
Analytics Filters
Narrow down insights to specific time periods and metrics:
- Date Range Selector – Choose a custom time frame.
- Quick Select Options – Jump to common ranges like Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month.
- Metric Selector – Choose what to analyze (e.g., Leads, Revenue).
- View Mode – Toggle between daily, weekly, or monthly views.
Key Metrics
Top-level performance indicators displayed for your chosen date range:
- Total Leads – Number of new leads generated.
- Won Leads – Successfully converted leads.
- Revenue – Total earnings generated.
- Conversion Rate – Percentage of leads converted into paying customers.
- Average Deal Size – Revenue per lead (calculated as $0 avg if no leads are won).
Performance Trends
Visualize performance over time with charts that track:
- Lead generation
- Revenue growth
- Conversion rates
Conversion Funnel
Break down the journey of leads across key stages:
- New Leads – All newly created leads.
- Quoted – Leads quoted via chatbot or form.
- Won – Successfully converted leads.
- Lost – Leads marked as lost.
The funnel shows both count and percentage distribution at each stage.
Staff Performance
Evaluate individual and team performance with detailed staff reports:
- Assigned Leads – Number of leads given to a staff member.
- Won Leads – Number of successful conversions.
- Quoted Leads – Number of leads quoted.
- Revenue Generated – Sales attributed to each staff member.
- Conversion Rate – Percentage of leads won.
- Average Deal Size – Average revenue per won lead.
