Dashboard Home

The Dashboard Home is the central hub of your workspace. It provides a high-level overview of your leads, sales, activities, and notifications—all in one place. From here, you can quickly track progress, review performance, and take action.

Key Sections​

Header Area​

  • Logo & Navigation – Quickly return to the main menu or switch between modules such as Leads, Analytics, Staff, and Email Automation.
  • User Profile – Located in the top-right corner, showing your account details (e.g., your name or initials).

Leads & Sales Overview​

This section highlights your current performance metrics for the month:

  • Total Leads – Number of new leads captured.
  • Won Leads – Number of leads successfully converted into sales.
  • Total Earnings – Revenue generated from converted leads.

Two performance charts provide quick insights:

  • Leads Overview – Visual representation of lead generation trends (weekly breakdown and monthly total).
  • Sales Overview – Sales performance trends, including conversion rate and total sales.

Recent Leads​

Displays the most recent leads added to the system. Each lead entry typically includes:

  • Name
  • Pickup Time
  • Status (e.g., Lost, Discounted, Pending)
  • Service Type

👉 Use View All Leads to access the complete leads list.

Recent Activity & Noticeboard​

Stay up to date with company or team announcements. Examples include:

  • Incentives and sales campaigns
  • Internal updates from the team
  • Activity logs

👉 Use View All Notifications to expand the list.

Quick Actions​

A shortcut panel for frequently used features, allowing you to:

  • View Reports
  • Manage Assigned Leads
  • View Reminders

This ensures you can jump directly to critical tasks without navigating through multiple sections.

Static Route (Preview Widget)​

At the bottom of the dashboard, you’ll find a Static Route indicator or widget.
This placeholder is used to display pre-defined information or quick-access routes that may expand as more features are added.

Use the Dashboard Home daily as your starting point—it consolidates all your critical business metrics and activities in one screen.
